Boriable Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 August 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Boriable verification service and the Boriable for FluentCart WordPress plugin (together, “Boriable”). Boriable is provided by Helmar Rudolph (“we”, “us”, “our”). By activating or using the Boriable service, you agree to these terms.

1. What Boriable does

Boriable provides technical infrastructure for cryptocurrency payment monitoring and verification for FluentCart. The WordPress plugin registers an expected payment with the Boriable verification service. The service monitors supported public blockchains and, when the expected payment is detected and sufficiently confirmed, sends signed payment-status information back to the merchant’s WordPress site.

Boriable is non-custodial. Cryptocurrency is sent directly from the customer to the public receiving address configured by the merchant. Boriable does not hold customer or merchant funds and does not require, request, store, or control wallet private keys or recovery phrases.

2. Merchant responsibility

You are responsible for configuring correct public receiving addresses, selecting the cryptocurrencies and networks you wish to accept, maintaining the security of your WordPress site and Boriable credentials, and testing your configuration before accepting production payments.

You are also responsible for complying with all laws, tax obligations, accounting requirements, consumer-protection rules, sanctions requirements, and cryptocurrency regulations applicable to your business and jurisdiction.

Never provide a wallet private key or recovery phrase to Boriable.

3. Blockchain transactions

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Boriable cannot reverse, cancel, recover, or redirect cryptocurrency sent to an incorrect address or over an incorrect network.

Confirmation times, transaction fees, network availability, reorganizations, congestion, RPC availability, and other blockchain conditions are outside our control. A payment is considered detected or confirmed according to Boriable’s verification rules for the relevant supported network. No monitoring system can guarantee uninterrupted or instantaneous blockchain access.

4. External services

Boriable may use third-party blockchain infrastructure, RPC providers, blockchain data services, and market-price services to provide its functionality. CoinGecko may be used for cryptocurrency price information when a manual price override is not configured. These external services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Technical information necessary to register, monitor, verify, license, and troubleshoot payments may be transmitted to Boriable and relevant infrastructure providers. Details are described in the Boriable for FluentCart plugin documentation and our Privacy Policy.

5. Free and paid service plans

Boriable may offer free and paid service plans. Features, supported assets, usage allowances, activation limits, prices, and renewal terms are those stated at the time of purchase or activation.

The Free plan may be subject to a monthly confirmed-transaction allowance and a limited asset set. Paid plans may provide additional supported assets, higher or unlimited Boriable usage allowances, and additional site activations.

A valid service entitlement may be required to register new payment watches. If an entitlement expires or becomes invalid, Boriable is designed to continue monitoring payment watches that were already accepted before the entitlement changed, for their existing monitoring period.

Blockchain network fees and fees charged independently by third-party wallet, exchange, infrastructure, or service providers are not Boriable fees.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available operation. Maintenance, blockchain incidents, third-party outages, internet failures, software defects, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect the service.

We may update Boriable to improve security, reliability, compatibility, supported networks, or functionality. We may also discontinue a network, token transport, third-party integration, or service feature where continued support would be insecure, unreliable, unlawful, or commercially unreasonable.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Boriable to violate applicable law, interfere with or overload the service, circumvent service-plan limits or licensing controls, probe or exploit the service without authorization, misrepresent Boriable as a custodial or regulated financial service, or use the service in a way that threatens its security or availability for other users.

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect Boriable, its infrastructure, other users, or third parties from abuse, security threats, fraud, or unlawful activity.

8. Software licence

The Boriable for FluentCart WordPress plugin is distributed under the GPLv2 or later licence. These Terms govern access to and use of the external Boriable service; they do not replace or restrict rights granted to you under the GPL for the plugin code itself.

9. No financial or investment advice

Boriable is payment-verification software. It is not a bank, wallet provider, cryptocurrency exchange, investment service, financial adviser, or custodian. Nothing provided by Boriable constitutes financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Boriable is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that every blockchain transaction, network condition, third-party service, price feed, or merchant configuration will operate without interruption or error.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits or revenue, loss of data, loss caused by incorrect wallet addresses or networks, blockchain reversals or reorganizations, third-party outages, or unauthorized access resulting from credentials or systems outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy. Boriable is designed to process technical payment information required for payment verification and does not require wallet private keys or recovery phrases.

12. Termination

You may stop using Boriable at any time. We may suspend or terminate service access for material breach of these Terms, abuse, security risk, non-payment of an applicable paid plan, or where continued provision of the service would be unlawful.

Where technically possible and consistent with security, payment watches already accepted before termination or entitlement expiry are allowed to complete their existing monitoring period.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page with its effective or last-updated date. Continued use of the service after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by applicable law.

14. Contact

Questions about Boriable or these Terms can be submitted through this contact form.
